How do I request changes to my order after it's been placed?Updated a year ago

Should you need to make changes to your order after it has been confirmed, such as altering the selected products or requesting a different delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note changes cannot be made to your order if your delivery falls within 3 working days of contacting us.
