How do I update my delivery address/ change my delivery date?Updated 8 months ago
You can update your delivery details or change your delivery date by contacting our customer experience team through email [email protected] at least 3 business days prior to your delivery date.
Please provide your order number and address you wish to update. Once you have provided the correct delivery details, our team will confirm that they have updated the records on our side.
Please do note we engage local couriers for small parcels. No changes can be made to the address once they have been collected from our warehouse. Do contact our custom experience team so they can assist you.
For re-scheduling of delivery within the 3 business days before the agreed delivery, Island Living charges a restocking fee.
