How will I know the estimated time of arrival for my delivery?Updated 7 months ago

We understand the importance of knowing when your order will arrive. For deliveries, we typically update our customers via email at least a day or two prior with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) The email should include your 2hr ETA timeframe and a tracking link.

Our delivery team works to ensure you are kept informed and should any changes occur with your delivery schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have specific time restrictions, we will make note of them and do our best to accommodate, although exact timings cannot be guaranteed due to various logistical factors that may affect routes and schedules on delivery day.

For smaller items that are delivered by our 3rd party delivery partner, once the items are collected from our warehouse you should receive an notification from them with a tracking link.
