I recieved my item but have changed my mind - Can I return it?Updated 8 months ago
Occasionally we all make bad purchase decisions. While we do not provide a refund if you change your mind, we can offer you an exchange or store credit (minus a restocking fee, see below) if you return the item within 14 days in its original, unused condition.
The restocking fee is calculated on the original purchase price, as follows:
For delivered items:
- $10 or 15% restocking and handling fee, whichever is greater, if you require our delivery team to collect it. This fee will be deducted from your refunded store credit. Please note the restocking fee will also apply even if you wish to exchange the item or place another order.
- No restocking and handling for items you self-return to our showroom. Full amount paid will be refunded as store credit.
The following items are not applicable for return:
- Clearance items and sample pieces
- Items requiring assembly
- Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear
- Bedding removed from original packaging
