I recieved my item but have changed my mind - Can I return it?

Occasionally we all make bad purchase decisions. While we do not provide a refund if you change your mind, we can offer you an exchange or store credit (minus a restocking fee, see below) if you return the item within 14 days in its original, unused

What should I do if I experience a problem with one of your products?

If you encounter any issues with a product you've purchased from us, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Provide us with details of the problem, including images if possible, order number and your contact information so we can reach out

Can I exchange or replace my furniture if I discover issues after the warranty period?
