Is it possible to pick up my order from the showroom?Updated 6 months ago

Yes, you can pick up your order from our showroom. You will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready to be collected. If your order is ready for collection, you may drop by the store during business hours to pick up your items. Our showroom hours are Tuesday to Saturday 11am - 5pm.

If you do not receive a notification, please drop our customer experience team an email [email protected]  with your order number and the team can confirm if your order is ready. 

If you are sending a third party to collect on your behalf, please provide them with your order number.
