Is there a fee to store orders before delivery?Updated 9 months ago

Under certain circumstances, customers may request to hold their orders before taking delivery. We can accommodate such requests and we can store items for up to 6 weeks free of charge. It is important to note, however, that storing items beyond this period will incur a storage fee calculated at a percentage of the order value. The storage charge of 7% of the order value per month of storage or part thereof will apply.

For preorder items, the 6 weeks free of charge starts from when we receive the shipment to our warehouse.
