What if I am not available during the scheduled delivery time?Updated 7 months ago

Our delivery timings are Monday to Friday 11am - 7pm and Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery time slots.

If you find that you will not be available during the scheduled delivery time, please let us know as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes to delivery 3 business days prior to your scheduled delivery date free of charge.  Additionally, if you have an alternative contact person, you can provide us with their details, and we will coordinate with them for the delivery.
