What should I do if I need to cancel my order?Updated 8 months ago

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible providing the order number and the details of the items you wish to cancel. We understand that accidents happen, such as adding an item by mistake, and we will do our best to accommodate your request for cancellations promptly.

For items yet to be delivered:

  • No restocking and handling fee if you make changes to your order 3 working days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
  • If your delivery falls within the 3 day window, 10% restocking and handling fee will apply to cover administrative and logistics costs.
  • If you cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided you’re not within the 3 days delivery window, you may request a full refund to the same payment mode you used during purchase.

If you fall within the 3 day delivery window your refund will be issued back as store credit.
